Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must:

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used cat food and dog food.

• Customized or made-to-order furniture.
• Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
• Gift cards (if applicable).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number.
• Photos of the product.
• Photos of the shipping package.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

We gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, including damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Click2mart will cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
